Underserved Populations

NMCSAP works to reduce marginalization and to improve access to sexual assault services using a multi-pronged approach that provides services for people from rural parts of the state, elders and people with disabilities through the provision of direct advocacy. Professionals that work with these vulnerable populations receive ongoing training, technical assistance and conference scholarship opportunities to enhance their skills and to further inform protocol and policy decisions.
